Online Access

Is a 24 hour online service which you can use in your own time day or night to

  • book appointments
  • order repeat prescriptions
  • view your medical record

You need to be 18 or over to register for Online Access. All information that is sent to the surgery via EMIS  is secure. Your personal details are encrypted and protected using the highest standard internet security, so it cannot be intercepted. Only you and your GP practice are able to see this information.

Want to register?

You will need to complete a form and bring two items from the list below to the Practice, one being photographic ID.  Your registration will then be ready for you to collect from our reception desk two working days later.

  • European Health Insurance Card (EHIC)
  • Passport (including visa for stay in the UK)
  • NHS Medical Card
  • Photo Driving Licence
  • Birth Certificate
  • Marriage Certificate
  • National Insurance Number Card
  • Evidence of benefit entitlement
  • Wage Slip with employer’s details

To view your medical record online you will need to complete an additional form.  Please ask a member of the team about this who will be happy to help.
